Muy new acquisition, an Enicar deluxe with an AR1010 movement. This piece is in great shape, dial is stunning! Flea market find at 40 USD approximately.
Sorry for my absence guys... it's been a busy few weeks at work! Anyways... on the wrist today is my latest acquisition - a Favre Leuba Biouvac (not my pic). It measures the air pressure and altitude mechanically (don't ask me how as I haven't worked it out yet!). All original and in lovely condition. Nice bakelite bezel which ticks another box for me too
My election watch form probably late 50s or early 60s. It have some patina but with the right light, it have a very beautiful holographic effect. Unfortunately I coudn't capture the effect in this picture.
Finished my project today and finally got the stem in. This is as good as I can get it.
Alltough its not a beauty, the watch runs great and I love the high hour markers.
Day indication is in German.
This one had also the typical Enicar problem of a loose cannon pinion, so I fixed that as well.
Does anyone know what DURIT means ?
I have another one with MRO on the dial ?
