A couple of Sherpa Graphs from Malaysia popped up on Chrono24 and were gone in two days. No point in putting these in the tip-off corner!

Each was offered at $9500 and given the short turrn-around, time, were likely snapped up quickly at the listing price and possibly by the same buyer.

I was tempted, but resisted. :)

Both dials and case backs were in good condition. The Mk IV was as close to NOS as we will probably ever see.

First the good to excellent Mark III:

A little bit of rust on the central hands and a bit of white paint on the tip of the lollipop seconds, but otherwise excellent.

And now for a lovely Mark IV:

That you didn't see them, lol?

. . . or that I let them slip through my fingers?

;)

It's a beautiful watch, Steve. If I were to buy it, I would wear it.

I let Sean know that, if the deal were to fall through, given the opportunity, I'd buy it from him. ;)

I suspect the two sales will be settled though . . . and that my wallet is safe.

If you have any more like that, please let us know! :)

Me too with the NOS/super-nice examples. Mind, parts are getting so hard to find, it's affecting the use of my more worn watches, too :-(
