Help needed identify & find parts for Ultradive

My watchmaker couldn't repair the automatic movement of my Ultradive AR 1145 because he couldn't find the following pieces (in pictures) or equivalent on the market:
- Gear wheel
- Spring
Does that make sense based on pictures and do you have any idea where I can find such pieces?

You could also consider buying a parts watch. It shouldn’t be too hard to find a cheap one with an 1145 in it.
