My wife is very tolerant and supportive of my watch obsessions. I think if I introduce cars or motorcycles to the mix, everything might come down like a house of cards.Take care. It s all too easy to fall over the precipice

Welcome to the forum. Great looking Guide you have there.Hi All,
I’m Gary. I followed Steve here from TZ-UK (not that he knows it). Long time fan of Enicar watches, particularly the Sherpa Guides, although I know very little about them. Which is partly my reason for being here, to learn a little more. So very happy to have found another resource dedicated to the brand. My contribution to the photo gallery is a Mk 2 Guide.

Thank you both for the welcome and the kind words about my Guide.Welcome to the forum. Great looking Guide you have there.
That's absolutely gorgeous. Love the paddle hands on this MK.On topic, I just got my Sherpa Guide 33 back from servicing. A previous repair had seen the winding stem threaded to a smaller size but happily my repair chap was able to order a new one.View attachment 1179
Lucky indeed, very clean all round, wear in good health. It was a lucky/risky find from a new ebay-er with very poor photography skills. Only changed parts were the winding stem and one crown.
Blimey, whilst mine is watch head only, that link has prompted a sharp intake of breath! If there is any interest in seeing more of my watch, I will start a new post.Great example Andy. Love it. A similar condition one sold for nearly £4k recently (albeit a full set): https://omegaforums.net/threads/enicar-sherpa-jet-mark-ii-148-35-02-time-capsule-set.115746
