Super Jet Part Recs

Hey Enicar Squad - Just got my first Sherpa this week a mkII super jet. It’s not keeping time well but is really clean. I’m going to be servicing it but was hoping to get a pre-order on some things off of cousins so I can get it back on the wrist as soon as possible, because I just love it.

Does anyone have records of the specific mainspring they used as replacement? And are there generic crystals that people have used as replacement or is NOS really the only option? I know I will definitely need to install with the original tension ring but am fine with generic as long as it’s a good fit with internal bezel.

Been enjoying the forum and am stocked to now be a part of the owners club, Cheers!

Regarding the mainspring your Watchmaker should know best. If not, I have some originals laying around. Regarding the crystal: NOS or original only. Unfortunately these crystals have specific dimensions, especially on the inside where the inner bezel rotates. I am not aware of a Sternkreuz or GS substitute so far.

Got it, appreciate the info. Since the case and bezel size seems to be the same across the 40mm bayonete compressor cases are there super dive or other reference crystals that would also work if OEM? Or does the GMT hand stack mean those crystals aren’t tall enough? Thanks!
