Sherpa Star Nugget: Keep or sell?

Hello Experts!
My grandfather left me this watch. Now I am thinking whether to keep the watch or give it to collector hands. I will definitely not use the clock and very much emotion is not attached to it. However, since the watch is an absolute rarity in top condition, it is especially important to me that it falls into appropriately appreciative hands if I do sell it.

Details of the watch:
Model Sherpa Star 144-49-01 (254839)
Material watch case: 750 gold
Material link bracelet: 750 gold

How do you like the watch and what would you do in my place: Keep or sell?

Nice watch, very well made, and they make great dress watches. They are not very high on the collector's radar though. Things may change but they are usually valued on their weight in gold.

You should definitely keep and wear your beautiful Sherpa Star!

I love the bold design of the Sherpa Star series and have three of them so far, and a cool display-box too! 😜
The Sherpa Star series was one of the most expensive watch series from Enicar considering quality and appearance, but it didn’t really fly and thy are very underrated today!

Most people a meet today when wearing one are astonished and think it’s a modern and cool watch so Enicar where way ahead their time, in many aspects!
