Isn’t there a lot of spare parts for sale and this is a NOS case together with other parts to make a whole watch, except no hands?
Doesn’t need to be fishy….

I saw the same listing and think it's been put together from NOS parts. A while back presumably the same seller was selling a similar setup but with a red/white bezel. I contacted him and asked him specifically which number was underneath the balance wheel (where the movement number should be), because it wasn't visible in the photos. He answered there wasn't one. I suspect he just didn't want to say what was there, because it isn't the correct movement.
I also don't think the yellow/black bezel and the dial with orange minute markers belong together, even though I've seen a few watches with that setup out there. I suspect those have also been put together from NOS parts, as that particular case and dial occasionally come up for sale in NOS condition. In fact, I have both in my parts box. I have no evidence for it, but it is my belief that the dial with orange minute markers belongs with either a red/white or red/blue bezel, and the yellow/black and white/black bezels had a dial with white minute markers. But true experts may have a different opinion.
