However, out of sheer sentimentality as it was the first Enicar I ever purchased ( 50yrs ago) the guide does hold a soft spot, not this particular one but someone reminded me of how nice this one is very recently . But IMG_20220720_180504[75531] MK1 GUIDE A.jpgIMG_20220720_180506[75532] MK1 GUIDE B.jpgIMG_20220720_180506[75532] MK1 GUIDE B.jpgIMG_20220720_180506[75532] MK1 GUIDE B.jpgI still have that first guide and "I think?" 3 others but I would need to enter the vault to refresh my memory lol.

Two thumbs up on the Guide, especially with the paddle hands. I have a few "nice" ones (not mint) but I mostly wear a heavily patinated Mk1a.

Sometimes you have to "re-wear" ones you have not worn in a while to appreciate why you fell in love the look /design and style the first time, I'm certainly enjoying this one to test all is good before it finds a new guardian , but, this is Avivs post of his Ultra and it was the most worn model I owned initially for many many years and if I had to chose an Enicar for everyday use it would be the Ultra.
