Seapearl 600 crown

Hello all. I’ve just been fortunate enough to acquire a turtle lugged 17 jewel, ultrasonic Seapearl 600, believed 1010 manual winding calibre, circa 1957? It’s the same as the image in the Enicar advertisement at the time, attached. Unfortunately seems it’s had a crown change as not original so am wondering whether anyone can help me out with which crown I need? Advertisement suggests the raised dome type but I’m not sure on the dimensions as these vary widely. Also, just in case I need it, would you know the stem details? Thanks, as always. Macky

I have your version. It is different from the ad you show. I might have an extra crown.
