The crowns, obviously. The dial and inner bezel have both been "breathed upon". The hands might be ok. The back... off an early Guide???

I would say this IS a guide, with some proper modifications. The shape is off compared to a real UD. Those far-east Enicars become more and more creative 
I tried to report this item but it doesn’t seems to work with eBay anymore...
