I've recently inherited a sherpa graph which after searching information online I believe is a mk11b because it has a small T above the 12 sub denoting the change from rodium to tritium. This is also how I found this wonderful forum and being a bit of a watch nut have been enjoying lately so here I am.
My watch needs a service but a local watchsmith couldn't get the caseback off and was reluctant to persist without the proper tool incase he damaged it
Searching online it would seem they are a rare item. If anyone here can point me in the right direction I'd be grateful

@SteveHarris do you have a case opener left?

Steve would be the men to go to in this case. Good luck.
Awsome Jim ! Mate thanks for this. I've contacted a few people that I've come across via enicar Google searches but it seems these tools are like hens teeth. I'm paranoid about letting someone lose on it with the wrong opener given how firmly it's screwed on

One trick I've done previously when even a case opener failed to work was super gluing a bolt on the back and using a spanner to apply additional pressure. They're usually so tight because the rubber has liquefied a bit making it very difficult. Pop it on a radiator or something for a minute as well before using a spanner.

The super glue then washes off the case back with some nail polish remover. Very easy and leaves no marks or mess.

Thanks Steve.

I'll give this try and update the thread in the future. Fingers crossed

Shout out to @SteveHarris for his super glue a nut to the case back for removal trick. It worked a treat. The movement is mint and I don't see any sign of a previous service mark so I'll get that off to have that done and she'll be good to go for many more years ! ( hopefully the case back is a little bit easier to remove next time ) 😀

No disputing the fact it works but it sure looks funny!

Glad you got it off and found nothing but good news.
