How unusual is this Enicar?

Hi guys,
I’ve written about this one before but I still don’t have the answers I want so I’m begging you again to check your Enicar archives!!

As I believe it this watch is very unusual and we may only know a couple of them existing today and mine below is one them and in absolute mint condition and complete with strap and buckle, unfortunately no box or papers.

The movement should be a AR 980 referring to the reference number but I haven’t checked for myself since I don’t want to open the case.
That movement appeared as early as 1960 and maybe tue watch is from 1960-1963 based on only offial picture I found of a similar one, but with another dial setup and can design!

The text of the original picture says "Foire de Bâle 1963".
That's the trade show in Basel later known as Baselworld.
So I'd say the model in the picture was first shown at that fair in 1963.

I prefer your more minimalistic version though.

Thanks, I like mine a bit better too and the is still there!

But saying that my watch is from 1963 is too easy and really want to know cause it could as early as 1960!

If anyone had a brochure from that year it would be great, @JimJupiter or anyone else maybee?

Haha, that’s already been done bro!
Waiting for an answer since early this morning…
But things has changed since the post was written so it’s a long shot…

But it would be interesting to get hold of some brochures where the watches was presented in the Foire de Bâle from 1959 to 1963!
