Hello Mark,

Please find attached three photographs of my Fathers Enicar Sherpa Dive 33, recombined with the BOR bracelet. I am completely over the Moon. It should be noted by anyone reading this post that this Gentleman has sent this on faith and if he ever needs any assistance Please give freely, as Mark is an Honorable man with complete Integrity and Trust.

One more step needed to bring her back to original appearance as when sold, yet with the marks associated with being a working tool and having been around for 57 years (27 of those broken and laying in my loft after believing no one could bring her back to working condition). Which with the assistance of Steve Harris & Brendan Hoey, the inner Red Bezel will finally complete her transformation.

Thank you Mark, you have become a Friend.

Hello jbcollier,

Thank you for the kind comment on the Enicar and yes she is a fine looking watch (more especially when you consider the working life as a Clearance Divers watch back in the day).

You may be correct on this matter and it is interesting to note that one of the arms from the Watch is 19.5mm and the other 19.8mm, so I went for the 19mm bracelet to be on the safe side. As I have found with the inner bezel, what is supposed to fit, does not necessarily do so according to standard size’s. Possibly at some time in the future when I have funds to spare, I may avail myself of a 20mm version to see for my self, but for now I am more than content to just enjoy what I have. Reasonable safe in the knowledge that with careful keeping the 19mm bracelet will certainly be a fair exchange for a 20mm version should the need arise.

Kindest regards & Hope you and yours stay safe.

David

Morning David , that looks fantastic! I am glad to see the photos & take my hat off to you to embark on this project. To think on what you started with and what you have achieved to bring this watch together will make your dad proud !
Thank you for your kind words & likewise you too have a friend here in Melbourne Australia:)

Hello Jbcollier,

Thank you for that suggestion and advice, not being very educated (Yet), on all the vagaries of the Enicar brand. Though to be fair having read most if not all the posts of the forum (especially the Frankenwatches), I am not alone in this ignorance. So your advice is very much appreciated and should a pair of end links turn up, they would be considerably cheaper than the whole bracelet!

Kind regards and please stay safe.

David
