Ok, it needs work: wrong external bezel, winding crown and something is loose inside. But, it’s a Mk1 Guide with the Enicar in Saturn logo! And it’s 30J, bonus! I’m thrilled.

Now off to my watchmaker and I won’t see it back for 6 months, if I’m lucky! Oh well…

Very cool. Do you mean the worldtime bezel is wrong?

Yes, it's a replacement with the later style with more city names. You can tell as "Anchorage-Hon.Lu" is before Denver. Early versions had fewer cities and "Gambier" before Denver. The old bezel is impossible to find, especially in good condition, unless you swap from another Guide.
