Thanks for the heads-up, just made the purchase. This same bracelet was on Ebay a few weeks ago, I was outbid at the last minute.

I ended up with two bracelets. A 20mm tapered in very sad shape (stress cracks, stretched etc.) but complete. And a 18mm non in great shape with very cool clasp but missing end links (middle picture). I made one usable bracelet out of them top & bottom picture. It's not correct but functional and will do for now. Tanks for helping me find a solution.

The Sherpa Guide is just back from service running super nice, 007 delta in all 6 positions, 280 amplitude, beat error .6 I can see myself getting a second Endicar, they are so cool, widely available, and so many to choose from. The only grip I have is there is no lock for the 24 hr dial, it keeps moving as it rubs on the wrist.

There are plastic shims that sit underneath the cities bezel and the indicator ring. They stiffen things up nicely. Pure unobtainium, of course. You would have to make up your own.

PS: I love Sherpa Guides, too!

I think he is talking about the inner 24 hr dial not the city bezel. As your wrist moves against the 2:00 crown, the 24 hr GMT dial inside the watch changes.

I pieced together 2 separate Enicar bracelets a few years ago using the wider ends of one to create that flair toward the endlinks. Disassembling and reassembling a beads of rice bracelet is something of a challenge.

Duh, of course. I "think" the tension on the 24hr, inner bezel is set by the crystal depth. Not 100% on that. Hopefully someone with more experience will be able to confirm or deny.
