Ok, Hamilton bought Buren (Biel) in 1966, so I taught there was perhaps a collaboration between them. But why so much work to make such an Enicar dial. The value of an original Hamilton fontaine bleau with a famous call 11 seems to me not much lower than an (rare) Enicar??It's a fake Wim. They haven't even bothered to replace the Hamilton crown.
Thnx Nico, for the reply. I did not know there is also a fake issue with the Enicar-Minerva. Do you mean the Enicar Chrono (two subs), wich use the 13-20 Minerva movement in stead if the VJ92?It's like the Enicar- Minverva Watches ....nobody knows what the "Builder" was thinking. From these Fontainebleu watches also other fake dials are known. Best indicator for me, besides the sloppy finish, is the style of the logo. Its the old one, that was abondend in the early sixties. Since we all know when the Calibre 11 was introduced (1969), it can't be correct.
