I also believed that the Enicar Super Dive with Dauphine hands had thin crowns. However, a search on the internet revealed that all the ones I found had thick crowns. I do not believe that they have all been fitted with new crowns.

At least on your photo I can't see any irregularity.

From my point of view, the crown is not suitable for this model. Apart from the machined back, what disturbs me is that the broken part is black (it should be silver/alu). At least this piece must have been repainted.
