Sorrry to say, but you are wrong. Here are photos of my very similar watch, which has a normal screw back.

I also believed that the Enicar Super Dive with Dauphine hands had thin crowns. However, a search on the internet revealed that all the ones I found had thick crowns. I do not believe that they have all been fitted with new crowns.
I think that the dial was originally painted. I assume that the Enicar lettering is raised (cannot be seen in the photo) and has therefore been preserved.
The markings for the minutes and the other lettering (Ultrasonic, Sherpa,...) were also removed with the lacquer.

Your dial must have been treated rather roughly.

From my point of view, the crown is not suitable for this model.
Apart from the machined back, what disturbs me is that the broken part is black (it should be silver/alu).
At least this piece must have been repainted.
