Hi all!
I’ve recently purchased what I believe to be a very early (relatively speaking) Enicar, but really struggling to find anything similar after hours of research and hoping somebody may be able to shed light on possible age or model or information on the calibre. The logo is the straight word “Enicar” with no Saturn symbol, so I’d guess based on research it is around 1930s/very early 40s.
I’ve stripped the movement and ascertained the watch needs a replacement balance, but there are no identifying markers or calibre numbers anywhere on the watch. I’ve attached some pictures of the dial out of the case for visibility.
Any info or advice that could help get this watch back to life and proudly on my wrist is greatly appreciated!
