Enicar De Luxe

I recently bought several large boxes of old watches, parts tool etc form a old watchmaker estate closed some 30 years.
started to go through I find this watch Enicar, De Luxe, in a 14k case, I cannot find another like it online so far and wondering if you can tell me more about it?
suppose in a way not being able to find another example is good!, very heavy case also.

I see in case back 1-20-47, so assume very old model?

I see two things:

1. S&W stamped inside the back of the gold case. So the case was made in the USA by Schwab & Wuischpard.

2. The UOB mark on the movement. So the movement was imported into the USA.

Thanks Hurmen, finding repair marking for 1947, any idea of age? I found one similar in steel but none in gold so far. watch is running also ! need service of course.
