It is for sale in mexico where I live the asking price is 30,000 mexican pesos which amounts roughly to about 1800 us dollars, what do you think?

Cosmetically it looks to be in "good" condition with signs of use but not heavily worn. Near as I can tell from the low-res photos, the parts all match. $1800US would be about market value.
