Perhaps an expert can offer an opinion? The movement and case remind me of the Mittler. The hands remind me of an earlier graph of some sort. I know that Enicar had a history of making Birks watches. Were they using the C case at the same time as the hands? Very good looking watch if so.
Are you planning to flip it? If so, how much are they asking? One sold on eBay recently for about $600. I’d ignore the one on C24 for $1800–that is the highest I’ve ever seen.
