Here's a particularly nice navy blue dial mk4 I've just picked up to join the mk3 I bought earlier this year. It really is in beautiful condition and came with original box and papers. I guess it hasn't been worn much. The caseback is almost unmarked, so I think it may never have been off.

Your blue Mark IV is lovely. That would be my choice in a Mark IV - if I were to have a choice. ;)

I had mentioned a short while ago that there was one on Chrono24 for around £13K. It sold quickly so there is an indication prices may be on the rise.

This could be that one.... but I paid much less than that for it.
They so rarely turn up as nice as this. It's every bit as good as it looks... I couldn't resist it.

Saw your post over at Omega Forums as well.

I have found that the asking prices on Chrono24 are high, but often the seller will negotiate. I have bought a couple of Gallet MC-12s discounted as well.

It's a beauty!

Gorgeous piece, congrats.
When I see the quality of bracelet stamping and the fit of the links on the bracelet on your barely unused example, and the unique caseback markings and stamp, I am convinced that this was meant to be a premium product of its era and intended to compete with the best brands. Thanks for sharing.

oh and my mk iv says hello
