there is no space for a fingernail. The diameter of the caseback is around 34mm and the case itself is around 33mm. Maybe one with a simmilar issue can confirm if this was common practice or if i have a frankenwatch :(

Btw, mainsprings are pretty universal, when you dissassemble it you can measure the lenghth, with and thickness of your current mainspring and order one similar with the same anchorpoint. :) I found nice crowns on Ebay for our watches, 2 pieces for 16€ you need one, I need one.... ;)
