Hi!
Here are some pictures of my new Enicar Star Jewels! I fell in love with it when I saw it on a blog somewhere, two years ago. Search it since than and finally found it on Chrono. And what a surprise: it is the same individual I saw on the forementioned blog!
So here it is. Do not hesitate to "destroy" it, I am just curious, I want to know more! My love for that watch won't be affected!
It is suppose to be 1972. Lug width is 19 mm.
Suspicious elements to me:
-160-54-18. I do find (google) a different watch under that number. (And I do not see it in a 1972 Enicar catalog I found online.)
-I find very little arabic numbers in general on that kind of model.
-Not sure about the logo. The ones I saw online seemed a little more clean.
-I find the (of course dead) lume to be a little weirdly placed, almost under the applied numbers. (at 12-2-4-6...). However, the two "T" (before and after "Swiss Made") would be consistent.
-There is some brushing on the top of the case, I tried to show it on picture.
And the most important: that would be an incredible coincidence to search for two years and find the same individual, with no sign of anything similar anywhere else!
Please let me know anything of interest! Thanks!
