This watch popped up at Ebay - ref. 2303 wit a reverse panda dial. Regardingt to the seller it was made for JDM in a very small quantity.

Did anybody here of this before and is it worth the huge premium (more than double of a regular black dial 2303)?

If the seller cannot provide proof that this version was specifically manufactured for the Japanese market, I assume it is a DIY project, since theoretically I can use any Enicar dial with a tachymeter scale. Even if the watch were a special edition, I would not pay the asking price.

The only proof is this - wherever it comes from (should be part of some advertising or catalogue I guess):

I doubt there was a special Japan Version and even if, the Premium is laughable.

I have a Garnix with reverse Panda dial. I bought it from the first owner who bought it new in Sweden in the 1960s. At least that is what he told me. I also have a Gerhard Mitter-chronograph and I think that Enicar simply used the same dial for the two types. What is clear though is that the version with reverse Panda dial is much rarer than the other dials.
