FS- Enicar Sherpa Star Diver 147-05-01 PRICE REDUCTION

Hi All
Now that I have been retired for a while I think its time to slim down my collection, so first up for sale is my Excellent Enicar Sherpa Star Diver 147-05-02.
For its age the watch is in very very good lightly used condition with no dings and only the lightest of general wear.

Condition rundown
Stainless Steel case is in superb condition with only the very slightest signs of wear (exception being a small scrape on the rear case after a slip while changing strap) other than that its great. Winder is original and correct with Enicar logo
Sapphire crystal is unmarked.
Highlight of this watch is the bezel which is in superb condition with no marks and colours are as vibrant as the day it was produced.
Hand set is as new.
Dial is superb and unmarked.
Rear case back cover is superb with no damage to the writing and Enicar logo.
Watch will be sold with the attached mesh bracelet in the photo's which suits it perfectly. It is a Staib Mesh bracelet which itself is worth well over £100.
Overall I would rank this example 95 out of 100. If you are looking for a good example of a Star Diver I don't think you would be disappointed with this one..

Hi All
Just an update on post.
This is actually reference number 147-05-01 and not 147-05-02 as stated. They are the same watch but the 01 version has a bi-directional bezel while the 02 version has a uni-directional bezel. You learn something new everyday in this game.

It’s even more complicated!

My 147-05-01 has a all black case and Sherpa on the dial as well!

I think there’s two different types of looks of the bezel as well, on is more sharp and aggressive?

Here you can see the difference between the two bezels and dials.
I have found that the bezel on the ref. 147 05 01 often fades. I myself spent 11 years searching for a model in mint condition.

Then I wasn’t wrong regarding the bezels…the 02 is much sharper and a pain for your shirt cuffs!
