Enicar Watch Assistance

Hi all,
Like others, I am curious about a watch I've had - this one for about 60 years. I stumbled across this forum while searching but want to start by congratulating all those share their knowledge and advice so generously and respectfully. Well done all!
My brother and I were each gifted the same Enicar watch by our uncle after one of his international business trips. But I can't find any images that match their appearance.
The watch is an Enicar gold case with gold face and stainless steel back. The watch face has green markers as hour markers. It is an automatic self-winding watch with single crown. There is an Enicar word brand just to the side of the 9 o'clock but no Saturn or any other image near the
the top.
On the back, the markings include Stainless Steel, Incabloc, Automatic, Water Resistant and a code 147-01-02. The centre has a circle containing a dolphin, Saturn and waves. The back is worn but legible.
I can't share details of the movement because it hasn't been opened or serviced. I wore mine for 20-30 years then parked it in a watch box. But my son likes it and has replaced the leather band with a gold band which actually tones down the gaudy green crystal markers and makes it look better.
I have owned this for at least 60 years and my brother and I have correlated where we lived and travelled when we were given them, so are pretty confident of the timing.
I have had it suggested to be Ocean Pearl Lime but all the models I've seen on your forum posts seem to have brands, logos and images (like Saturn) in different positions or mine doesn't have what some other watches have. Yet, we know that these haven't been Frankensteined.
A photo of the front is attached - I tried to photograph the back but uncertain what can be seen with the band fitted.
Any details or advice gratefully received
Cheers
Jethro
