Enicar ID - priceless memory

Hello,

I’m looking for advice regarding the restoration of a vintage wristwatch that belonged to my grandfather (unfortunately, I never had the chance to meet him).

I have recently acquired the watch and would like to have it mechanically serviced and restored, while preserving its original appearance as much as possible (no cosmetic changes).

From what I’ve been able to find so far, the movement inside is a Peseux 7056.(was told so, don't have clue). The watch was serviced many years ago, but I have no detailed information about what was done at that time or which parts may have been replaced.

I’ve already consulted a local watchmaker, but they declined to work on it. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations for qualified watchmakers or service centers in Europe that are experienced with vintage movements like the Peseux 7056, as well as any guidance on sourcing parts if needed.

I will attach photos of the watch and movement for reference.

Thank you in advance for your time and expertise — any help or direction would be highly appreciated.
