No idea what that is purporting to be, but it’s certainly not a Sherpa Graph made by Enicar! I’m no expert, but for a start all the typography on the face is wrong!!

Can't see any photos other than the one posted, but it looks like a Garnix (072/003) in nice condition to me. It's not trying to be a Sherpa Graph, it's its own model.

Only the bracelet does not seem to conform on this Garnix.

I like this watch, very pleasant to wear and too often neglected or denigrated by collectors in favor of a Sherpa Grapha.
As @JimJupiter says, you have to consider this watch as a dress chronograph, with a case smaller than a graph and the same Valjoux 72 caliber.
