The Seiko raises an issue I have with many dive watches. Namely that the hour hand is the most prominent. On a dive watch you want the minute hand to be the most prominent. Lots of watch brands, high and low end, make this mistake. Really bugs me.

Another dive watch no-no is a screw-down crown for an internal bezel. Duh! How are you supposed to set your decompression time? You're underwater!
