One thing that stands out is that the watch has been relumed with an atypical lime green color and it was not done skillfully.

Perhaps others may comment on anything else they may pick up.

No, the dial has been poorly redone. On top of the horrific relume, just look how the letters in the word "Sherpa" are not crisp and distinct.

I'm not sure that has been relumed... I did a bit of research lately in to what causes the different colour lumes over time and that looks to me like it is from water moisture getting in to the watch. You can see some evidence of that around the inner bezel as well.

My guess is that the dial was damaged at some point and has been replaced with a slightly dodgy dial (John is right in that the 'Sherpa' is not crisp as it should be).

In summary, I'd personally steer clear. It must have been a decent amount of water moisture to turn the lume that colour, although the movement looks in good shape - could be a replacement and I can't see if it's got the correct movement reference from the pics.

I've seen more than one instance of this lime-green lume. And it tends to be on Super-Divettes. Perhaps the type they used for the Super-Divettes had this reaction to moisture getting in.
