Is it me or are we suddenly seeing more Graphs popping up lately than we have in the last couple of years?

One caveat . . . I don't think even Steve can read the serial number on this one, though the seller will likely reveal the S/N to a seriously interested potential buyer.

The back is a bit beat up - which is not unusual for a S.G.

It seems that going from the S.G. IIa to the S.G. IIb may have been when Enicar shifted from the Valjoux 72 with fixed stud carrier to the V.72 with mobile stud carrier:

It is on Chrono24 today as well as on the seller's site

Oddly, they also listed an older Garnix today that they are calling mint when it is decidedly not mint.

Asking prices are moving up.

Selling prices are probably up as well when the watch is an especially nice example.

Impressive sleuthing! Do you recall asking price and when that was?

As Joe noted, prices seem to be rising..

Coincidentally, I am negotiating with Shuck on a different watch (not Enicar). His prices, even for a dealer, run high, but his inventory is generally in excellent condition.

Sold not long ago in November of 2021.

I guess someone was either less enamored with the watch in hand . . . or they were looking for a flipper opportunity?

And, yes, I have noticed far more Graphs of late. My theory is that when a few sell at high prices, others come out of the woodwork to capitalize on an apparent hot market.

no, the former owner had it for some years. I don’t know the price, but since the seller is kind of a dealer too, I guess it was around the normal market price.

Sorry I’m late coming to this, but you are very close with the serial, I believe it was 246.361 according to my records.
Serviced in 2020 by myself, so as you say, owner has had it for a while.

As far as I remember, it was a nice example!
