Question about AS watch

I have a question about a watch which is a A. Schild but with a Enicar signed bridge. In a housing from a old British brand. Anyone familiar with this or is this a typical example from a marriage watch?

What is the name of the Band? Enicar supplied some other brands with movements but also had some less known subbrands. Early Enicar movements are all A.S. movements. Their own calibres just came in 1960 into the watch markets.

Thanks for the info! Im not sure of the brand name but it was something like Marathon I guess.
