Hello all,
I am currently searching for a late model Valjoux 726 column-wheel chronograph movement.I am currently assembling an absolute time-capsule project: a 100% factory New Old Stock (NOS), unmounted Enicar Sherpa Graph Reference 072-02-01 (Mark IV) case, exotic racing dial, and handset.
To match the pristine provenance of these factory-fresh exterior components, I am exclusively seeking a movement in equivalent cosmetic and structural condition.
Technical Specifications Required:
Caliber: Valjoux 726 (Manual-wind, column-wheel chronograph).
Condition: New Old Stock (NOS), unmounted factory-wrapper stock, or an immaculate, factory service-replacement movement.
Era / Sub-variant: Late-1960s execution. The movement must feature the later-era hour reset hammer configuration to match the exact internal tolerances and pusher depth of the late-60s EPSA compressor case.
Branding: While an Enicar-signed chronograph bridge is highly preferred, I will absolutely consider annother branded or blank raw Valjoux factory movement.
If you have a caliber matching this profile—or if you have knowledge of a retired watchmaker estate or private collection holding one—please let me know your asking price and if any initial service/movement history documentation is available.
