I'm very interested in that too.....
I didn’t find any Enicar documents regarding MRO so far.
But I have a theory about it aniway...
All the models I’ve seen with MRO on the dial have MRO on the bottom half of the dial, mostly with ‘STAR JEWELS’ directly underneath.
Star Jewels refers to an epilamising process adapted to the escapement.

Taking this into consideration, my theory would be that MRO isn’t a model line, but referring to some technical aspect of the watch.
Similar to DURIT printed on the bottom of dials referring to a specific crystal material used on the watch.
