Frankensteined?

I bought this off of ebay pretty quickly without looking at pictures closely. I had regrets the moment I opened the box. I don't recognize the movement but it obviously isn't Enicar. I'm looking for thoughts on this one please.

If you learn what the movement is, please let us know.

The automatic rotor assembly is very distinctive. The closest I could find through google images is in a Poljot De Luxe.

The seller won't take it back and stopped communicating about it. I just should have paid closer attention. The case and back are authenticate...just don't know what I will do with them.
