From reading I have done in other forums, there is no premium for any watch associated with Hitler. Many would not receive such a watch for free.

Do a little research.

Search for Enicar 100/109.

You may find that it houses either an Enicar 1012 AR 982 movement from about 1960:

Or it may house a 1292 movement from about 1955:

I found a couple of sub seconds 100/109 watches online.

What person, other than a skinhead, would plaster an image of Hitler on a watch manufactured between 1955 and 1960?

Given the condition it is in, it is worthless.

It's not a "fake" as in someone was trying to pass it off as a watch sold in Germany in the 30s and 40s. Nor was it made by a skinhead. Hitler has a bit of a different reputation in India and India is a hot bed of inexpensive watchmaking. Someone added Mr. H. to the dial of an otherwise pedestrian watch so it would sell in India.

I found this article to be somewhat illuminating:

The watch appears to be a genuine Swiss-made Enicar 100/109 from the period circa 1955 through 1960 as far as one can tell, not seeing the movement. It has the basic attributes as to case, dial configuration, sub seconds. I stand to be corrected as always. ;)

But it is "fake" to the extent that it did not leave the factory with the image on the dial and I am convinced that what little value the watch has retained is not enhanced by the image.

Interesting but how can you be so sure of that?
Wasn’t Enicar a supplier to the German army during the WWII, as well as they tried to deliver to the Allied as well? 🤔

you’re not far off with that. Enicar was allegedly removed from the dirty dozen list of original contacted companies by the British MOD because of its connection with supplying timepieces to the German military.

Back to the watch in question in this post. I’m in agreement it was added later post WW2. There are many other examples of watches out there with swastikas on etc which date much later than 1945. They were cash in watches where people thought they were actually getting something real from the war. Basically fake!

A. Lange & Söhne , Hanhart, Wempe, Tutima, IWC, Stowa and Laco supplied watches to the German military before and during WW2. Many other watches found their way to Germany as well including Rolex and Omega..

I would think we'd all agree that there is a very large and significant difference between furnishing watches to Germany before and during the war versus glorifying the Nazi regime and/or its leader with some sort of "homage" applique to a watch dial..

From the below article, a partial list:

"Arsa, Büren, BWC, Choisi, Civitas, Edo, Freco, Gala, Glycine, Grana, Helbro, Helios, Helma, Helvetia, Longines, Mimo, Minerva, Moeris, Moser, Mulco, Nisus, Phenix, Record, Recta, Revue, Stabila, Titus, Zenith, General Watch&Co, Grana, Hado, Förster Pforzheim, Gustonia, Flora, Acacia, Bulla, Era, Onda, Onsa, Alpina, Siegerin, Pronto, Monitor, Stowa, Tritona, Wagner, Aeschbach, Para, Berg, Nila, Omega, Natalia, Wempe, Geering, Bidlingmaier, Speck, Vogele, Wiemer, Tutima, Hanhart, Zentra, Selza, Aristo, Lemania, Titus, Breitling, IWC, Roamer, Rellum"
