The lume on that dial looks great. What does the engraving say? I assume it was someone's name.

yeah, think it's a name. seller seems nice, he is trying to sell it already for some time. he started at 2500k. now it's approx 1450.. shame it's the 36mm version

I have a fondness for the 36mm super-compressor ESPA cases. They wear so comfortably, especially if you have a smaller wrist size. I do understand, though, why a lot of people prefer the 40mm cases.

I wonder if the case engraving is bringing the price down a bit. According to Martijn's market barometer at Enicar.org, these 36 mm models have been slipping in price, but the Super Divettes always seem to be popular with watch dealers and collectors.

for me 38/39 is perfect. but maybe these would be ok. just don't have a chance to try them before buying. regarding the engraving - i think it does, especially as it seems it's on the side - visible to all. if it was under the watch, hidden on skin - that would be a different story.

The 36 mm cases actually wear a bit bigger than 36 mm. With their sculpted lugs and the high dome of the crystal, they have a ton of wrist presence. The ESPA cases have good heft to them as well. So they feel bigger and more substantial. The crowns also make the watch look a tad larger. I have a few 36mm Enicar dress watches and they wear true to their size. The Sherpa 36mm ESPA cases feel and wear bigger. And they're so comfortable!

I have a 40mm Super Jet and several Guides, and they wear just fine, but with my 6.75-inch wrist, the 36 mm cases are perfect.
