Difficult to say really with a 'tank' type case it could be either a men's or maybe a women's watch.
I would date it approx. early to mid 1960's when Enicar often named watches Star Jewels .
From memory 1962 would have been the earliest Star Jewels watch.
I can't tell you if the watch has lost it's seconds hand as some tank style watches don't bother
with them. However, those watches usually have a seconds register at 6 - O - Clock.
Some JLC Reverso's also don't have any seconds indicator.
It's hard to tell you exactly what watch this is and when it was produced exactly as Enicar were pretty prolific with the variety of dress watches they produced and we don't have any archive documentation for us to look through unfortunately.
