Enicar Sherpa Graph Ic over at Lorologiese - it appears not quite right?

I noticed what appears to be a S.G. Ic listed on Chrono24, listed by Lorologiese.

I've not bought anything from them, but what I often see with them is that there are watches there that appear to be original as well as watches that appear to be 'almost' original. One has to be careful.

This post is meant to trigger a brief discussion rather than to act as a tip-off for something to possibly purchase.

The S/N is either 528045, which is within the known range, or else 528345. Most likely the one unclear digit is a 0. The case is stamped 4-62 as expected for a Mark Ic.

Obvious issues are dial and central (chrono) seconds hand.

The dial appears to be a mark Id or early Mark IIa dial. The serial number is not far from the end of the known range for a Ic.
The chrono or central seconds hand with it's rectangular center looks to be an inauthentic substitute.

The rest of the hands have some corrosion on them as do the silver subdials. A bit of luminous is missing from the hands. Apart from the central seconds, the other hands appear to be correct.

The case seems to be in reasonable condition; crown appears to be correct.

I'm basically posting out of curiosity for what others think more than for any other reason. :)

Interesting thread link below regarding Lorologiese. It illustrates a point made in the above post.
