Hello folks.

pleasure to meet you all. I was recently offered this Enicar Jet Graph. Supposedly runs well and looks pretty decent to my untrained eye.

what are your thoughts? I will have a movement and case back photo shortly. Seller is asking $5500.

i appreciate your help and any guidance you may have! I look forward to learning more here in the forum.

The watch on the timegrapher is a different watch, or theiy allready changed the handset (which I would do too).

Good eye. I didn’t pay attention to the watch and was just looking at the figures.

which is the correct handset? The red chrono hand set or the current lollipop set? Any idea what MK this is? I was guessing MKII but haven’t gone too deep yet.

both are correct for different executions. The top one with lollipop is MK III the bottom MK IV.

thanks for that.

which handset did you think needed to be changed? The lollipop one? They look much worse for wear.

price wise it seemed about in line with other sales.. but of course the actual condition of the movement is the great unknown.

The pointer ring and bezel are different as well with he watch on the timegrapher having parts in overall better condition.

Note the lack of a deep scratch through 1-2 and he pointer appears to be no longer chewed up.

Yes I asked him about it and replied

“same watch old picture”

to which I said

“you changed the hands?”

And since then 🦗 crickets.

I have bought from the seller before but only once.

I highly doubt its the same watch. As Joe mentioned, the scratch is on the watch with the worn hands. I doubt he had changed the hands to worse ones, after the scrath :D . Be careful here!

He did finally confirm that it wasn’t the same.
“I check in details. Yes this picture is belongs to another watch sold long time ago sorry for mistake”

still waiting for a movement shot.

I really like the watch you're looking at because I'm not much of fan of NOS watches: no story, no history and no love. This watch has been loved and used because of it. If you do buy it, don't restore it!

Don’t worry. I’m a fan of the history and patina of vintage pieces as well... so if it becomes mine I shall honor it’s history!

any thoughts on the pricing? It seems a decent deal but not a great one from what I’ve seen out there.

I’m think it’s a little overpriced maybe if you consider all above and that the back lid is clearly overpolished beyond repair!
A starting price maybe would be more around €4-4500? 🤷‍♂️

He’s priced in USD so that works out to about €4500.

I was thinking it’s more in line with this but has the beads bracelet. Not sure what that adds.

The €4000 euro make seems about right.

Haha. Yeah I’ve had a few! I had a dodgy Sherpa Guide that’s best thing going for it was the bracelet.

I agree the UK eBay one that sold was nicer.

I think I will continue the hunt and thank you all for your assistance.

(he said he couldn’t get the case back off today and will have his watch maker open it tomorrow. I’ll share the results when I have them)
