Got this rather odd gem today in vey good condition. 
The text on the dial is swish and says "Correct Time" in English.
It was a display piece to show the viewers outside the display window which clock to use for time adjusting a watch to the correct time.
It´s easier to just have one watch/clock in the window that showed correct time and also a great marketing spot for a producer, like Enicar in this case!
