Enicar DDF250 Question

Hi,
I have recently purchased one of these watches minus the stem and crown. The movement is an automatic AR 167c and sits in a mono bloc case. The movement and dial lift out of the bloc easily but my question is how on earth does the movement come out when the stem is fitted due to it passing through a tube on the bloc. Did Enicar use a split stem for this? Not even sure if the dial is removable when in the housing. Anyone come across this.
Regards
Chris

I do not repair watches but all of my watches have solid cases where the stems would have to be removed first to get the movement out. Pretty much the norm AFAIK.
