Antique store find

So I went (was dragged) to a craft/antique store by my wife. While she was looking around I found a box of old watches and this one caught my eye. It doesn't run although I have seen the second hand move a few times and is missing the stem and crown. I will probably take it in to a local watch repair shop and see what he says.. How difficult would it be find a replacement? Any info on age or model? Thanks in advance.

Here's an old auction of the same watch model:

I think the crown should be signed though.

Should clean up ok if you are happy to invest in resurrecting it. I've had 3 or 4 entry level dress Enicar's cleaned up over the years with replacement crystals (easy enough to source) and it usually comes in at under $200 AUD for a full service.

Can highly recommend non-black traditional stitched and tapered leather straps for old gold dress pieces like this. Navy blue is my go-to but burgundy reds and olive greens work well in bringing life back to old EPG gold pieces with worn plate here and there. Black straps and gold bracelets just reveal how tired and worn they are even after a clean up and a new crystal.
