Oh - than that is certainly the one I was referring to (= the one originally introduced by Steve): http://enicarforums.com/index.php?threads/help-expert-insight-needed-re-sherpa-guide-mk3-parts.1089/ // http://enicarforums.com/index.php?threads/sherpa-guide-pointers-available.689/
Just posted a question over in the parts section (http://enicarforums.com/index.php?threads/help-expert-insight-needed-re-sherpa-guide-mk3-parts.1089/), but maybe it fits better here… —>
@HorologyBiology / @Piaggio - Is that a replacement pointer ring or the original one “reborn”?
I might have my eyes on a Sherpa Guide Mk3, but two points are bothering me… Hence two questions, please:
- Does anyone know whether these re-made red-anodized pointer rings are still available (?): http://enicarforums.com/index.php?threads/sherpa-guide-pointers-available.689/ (the eBay sale is...
“New” Sherpa 600 DD arrived yesterday. Searched until my fingers fell off, but the only other pics I found on the net were for silver and black dial versions…

My impression coming out of it was that for 80% of the desirable pieces the expert had had no clue what to estimate. Go figure (IIRC)...
Watches and prices are now also online at https://sherpawatches.com/…
Unfortunately not my price bracket, but I wish them luck for what could turn out to be an uphill battle.
