The "automatic" script is odd. It is shorter in length than any other Guide I can find and the sans-serif, bold font just feels "off". Am I being paranoid?!
(Yes, the GMT hand is all wrong)
I've looked closely at my Guide bezels and I'm 88.5% sure this one is a repop/fake. Beggars the question, why? Why not make a "good" repop and we'd all be delighted to pay through the nose for them! The older I get the weirder the world seems...

Finally managed to get one of my dream time pieces, a Heuer Super Autavia dash timer.
A very cool timer which displays time, has a chronograph, and a clever 12 hour bezel you can use to time longer events. Works but needs the usual full service and crystal polishing. Not as easy and...
I have a very early Mini Dive with a white dial and dauphin hands. The stem was broken and the original crown long gone when I got it. Delightfully, it fired right up with a few shakes. I have sourced a new, correct, bezel, pointer ring and spring clip but I'm a bit hesitant about the crown...
Someone has glued on the wrong crown to my Mk1 Super Dive inner bezel gear stem. I'd like to supply the watchmaker with a new one just in case. Would anyone know if any of the ones on "watchesulike" is correct...
I had never even seen one before and almost fell off my seat when one in very good condition popped up C24. Needless to say, I didn't hesitate. I can only speculate that it was issued to a JAL stewardess who must have taken very good care of it. The obvious issues are corrosion on the crown...
5.5mm crosshatched Diver crown in gold and silver, one each.
Yes, I know, the gold one. Might as well ask for a bushel of hen's teeth as well. Still, if you never ask...
I have two early Mini Dives that are lacking their proper crowns, one gold-cased.
Looking for an early red indicator ring for a Mini-Dive. It has the triangular-shaped pointer rather than the later house-shaped pointer. Thanks for the help.
Do later Super Dive crowns look like this:
Both the winding and inner bezel crowns? My question is in regards to the extended internally threaded post.
Underneath the external bezel/indictor ring there is a thin, flat shim/spacer/washer made out of hard plastic (I think). Anyone have a source for these? Suggestions for material source? Alternatives?
There's an early Guide Mk1 on ebay:

Reasonable, original condition:
But it has cross-hatched crowns without the Saturn logo:
Now I know very early Mk1 Graphs had a cross-hatched crown without the Saturn logo but that would be earlier than the first...
I think I just crossed a line in my Enicar collecting. I bought a bitsa Guide because it had a fair condition early cities bezel. Sedation required for sure but possibly restraints as well would be a good idea...
The bezel is going to my recently purchased, Enicar in Saturn logo, Mk1 Guide...
Ok, it needs work: wrong external bezel, winding crown and something is loose inside. But, it’s a Mk1 Guide with the Enicar in Saturn logo! And it’s 30J, bonus! I’m thrilled.
Now off to my watchmaker and I won’t see it back for 6 months, if I’m lucky! Oh well…
As you saw in WRUW, it arrived safe and sound, whew! It’s a later Sherpa Steward with the newer Enicar under Saturn logo. It also has a 33J movement as compared to the earlier 30J and 24J versions with the Enicar in Saturn logo.
Fired right up with a few twists of the wrist and...
