Fully agree with you here, it’s almost impossible to determine fast since so much happened during the production years and during the owners that had the watch before.
My own UD MKI has a painted logo.

I think there’s two different types of looks of the bezel as well, on is more sharp and aggressive?
It's all correct, I have the exact same model myself.
There should be no "A" on the MK1 and the bezel and dial are correct.
You can say it were like three versions of the MK1 the a, b and c.
The one above is the MK1 c.
