Could it be a real Enicar watch?

Its not unlikely that the movement is orginal swiss made. But the watch is no Enicar for sure and looks like the known Mumbai watches.

    Identify enicar watch

Since its not a „Sherpa“, a non crosshatched crown should do it too imo.

    Identify enicar watch

no, in 1960 Enicar introduced their first own movements, the 112x Calibres. The 10xx ones were basically AS Movements. So from 1960 on, you wont find a Cal 10xx in Enicars anymore. The Jewels are not really important. In the US their mostly have 17 Jewels, due to less import fees, in Europe they...

    Identify enicar watch

The 1010 movement was widely used in Enicars and I recall seeing ones from 1954 onwards. also the Reference number 100/xxx tends to a a Cal. 10xx (thats why 100, internal Enicar code for these movements). Edit: Since its an Automatic, its very likely a Cal. 1034, the Automatic version of the...

Sherpa Graph Mark 1 1st Series - Roll Call

Its in the list (thats why the number of known watches is bigger then the shown ones), but not in this list here. Mike didnt wanted to have his complete serial published. I think his serial was blurred in the article, so I respected his wish.

    Jim Clark at Antiquorum

Its not Claudio. The original is less thick, longer, and the counterweight is tapered.

    Jim Clark at Antiquorum

The shape, especially of the counterweight, is wrong and its to short. the old second hands "fly" over the tachyscale (so they are longer then the radius of the dial. see here:

Very good point I havnt noticed first, while focusing on the dial. The print on the tachy scale is totally off.

Aqua Graph Case Only - Auction Japan - 16 Oct 24

Not so sure anymore. I checked his other auctions and all other watches were serviced or said something about the health of the movement and didnt't have the word "case" in the title. The fact why I initially thought it might have a movement was the postion of the crown and the setting of the...

Hey, Its a worn Enicar Jet Graph MK IV with missing red ring https://enicar101.com/jet-graph-mkiv/ in this conditoon and current market worth around 3K€. finding a red ring is a task of its own, for a top dollar watch you also would need a better bezel. Same problem as with the red ring ;)...

For Sale; Enicar Sherpagraph Mark IV with stunning white dial.

Hm, but were Breitling V72s also in copper? and if yes, arent the V72 Breitlings way more rare, then the Enicars? Btw I was speaking to an Enicar watchmaker last year, who told me that the V72s of Enicar watches were build by Heuer. Nico
