It is mentioned in the write-up that the screw back is very tight and they couldn't open up the watch. I surely hope that they did not try hard.

Here the estimate is more realistic though still on the low-side.
There are many more Rolex watches, Pateks, Breitlings and Heuers sold than there are Enicars, and the auction houses just do not know how to set the range of relatively rare watches, unsurprisingly.
