But it's 43 mm and I feel it will wear too big for my 6 3/4" wrist.

New arrival today, one of my absolute favorite to wear and design wise, the Sherpa 320 with Swedish day disc and with its original bracelet!

One of the things I like about the this dial is the way the tachymetre ring appears to change color with light changes. Usually it is pearlescent gray in appaerance, but sometimes it appears nearly white and sometimes nearly jet black.
This shot is from before I had the central hands and crystal replaced:
Edit: One thing I've just noticed that is mildly disturbing is this . . .
Notice that there is a bit of discoloration in the lume, left edge of both minutes and hours hands. If you were to look at the photo from last week from the "The Time Has Come," thread, you'll notice no discoloration of the lume. I have photos of the hands from when I received them and the color of the lume is perfect.
So what happened?
I'm having a house built on eastern long Island and the contractors have had the air conditioning up pretty high on some humid days. One day last week I went into the house for a while and when I came outside, there was condensation on the crystal - and only a small amount.
Over the space of some hours, the condensation disappeared.
I probably should have opened the watch when I returned home, but I never gave the possibility of after-effects any thought.
This experience suggests why we often find vintage watches with perfect dials and rusty hands.
A cautionary tale. ;-)
